Great post, but if you were looking for the best, most talented girl guitarists you would need to include KellyIsMusical. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rjuOrDyrP40 She is a pure musician. But I think she is too good. She may take off and fall into that “Scorcher” category you mentioned.

These people kind of suck. The reality is… you think they are hot and you like to jerk off while watching. By “charismatic” you mean “most doable”. Just own it… don’t diminish the quality of female guitarists on YouTube.
